COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

Hater Rater respects intellectual-property rights and reviews complete, good-faith notices.
Effective August 14, 2026 · Attorney review recommended before unrestricted public submissions.

Submitting a notice

Use Report a Concern and select Copyright. Identify the copyrighted work, the specific Hater Rater material at issue and its URL, your contact information, and the basis for your ownership or authority.

Required statements

Your notice should state that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law; that the information is accurate; and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner. Include an electronic or physical signature.

Response and counter-information

We may remove or restrict material while reviewing a complete notice and may notify the submitter. Affected submitters may provide counter-information where legally available. Misrepresentations in either direction can create legal consequences.

Formal designation

This intake process is not a representation that Hater Rater has completed every requirement for statutory safe-harbor treatment. Formal designated-agent information will be published after registration and legal review.
